We will issue a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) matching C&F or FOB terms. Arrange payment via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) through your local bank to secure the machinery.
Our yard engineers conduct a comprehensive technical inspection. We also arrange any required destination-country pre-shipment inspections (e.g. JEVIC, EAA, QISJ) at Japan's ports.
We process the Japanese export customs clearance, coordinate vessel booking, and load your equipment onto RoRo or container vessels safely at the loading dock.
Once the ship departs, we will courier the physical paperwork—original Bill of Lading (B/L), Export Certificate, Commercial Invoice, and inspection slips—via DHL/FedEx.
