Welcome to Beliatta Japan. These Terms of Service outline the regulations and rules for doing business with Beliatta Japan Co., Ltd.
Last Updated: June 20, 2026These Terms apply to all users of our site, quote inquiries, purchase orders, and sales agreements concerning heavy machinery, light vehicles, or spare parts.
An agreement is formalized when we issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) and confirm receipt of payment. Payments are conducted via wire transfer (Telegraphic Transfer) prior to dispatch.
All used machinery and equipment are sold on an 'As-Is' basis. Unless explicit warranties are signed, we disclaim any responsibility for post-shipment defects, wear-and-tear, or shipping delays.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from transactions will be settled exclusively in Ibaraki/Mito District Court.
We reserve the right to revise these terms without prior notifications. Revisions become effective immediately upon update.
